A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due 7 days before your event date. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: Full refund minus $100 processing fee. Cancellations made 14-29 days before: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before: No refund.

4. Service Delivery

We provide on-location services within our designated service area. Services begin at the agreed time and location. Client must provide adequate lighting and space for services.

5. Liability

While we use high-quality, professional products, we are not liable for allergic reactions. Patch tests are recommended for sensitive skin. We carry professional liability insurance.

6. Intellectual Property

We reserve the right to photograph our work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions.
